what have you gotten done on your blazer today?

Did the Big 3 wiring upgrade on the blazer. Only used 4 gauge cause, well I'm lazy and used 4 gauge starter to battery cables since they already have the ring terminals on them. Ha ha, I'll upgrade to 0/1 gauge sooner or later.
The alt. to pos. battery already was 4 gauge, so I left it like that for now. Just did the alt case to frame and battery to frame. It was convienent cause on the passenger side there was alrady two small holes in the frame, almost straight below the oil dip stick just off to the side from the battery. Grounded both wires there. My voltage still drops some at an idle, but it doesn't drop as far and raises back up very quickly. Took more volume to get the voltage to drop as well. We shall see if my poor headlights do any better tomarrow on the drive from work. PICS
This is the bolt on the alt case that I used for the engine block ground.

Heres a view of where I grounded the wires at on the frame.

And for fun, I also saw this while on my test drive with the audio. Didn't see it till the last minute and couldn't get a good picture, it's for sale and on the way to work so I'll try and get good pic later. It's General Lee orange and all it needs is the 01 on the door and the flag on the roof, YEE HAW! lol

just got my 4 dr 4x4 97 blazer this past easter. redid stereo and put in 2 p/a speakers and my 2 kicker comp 12's. had an induction service performed and fixed an oil leak. thats about it so far. except for my big bowtie sticker on the back hatch window. lol.
but there is some thin white pinstriping just below the windows on the passenger and driver's side of the truck that is faded in some areas. was wondering if anybody could tell me the best way to go about removing the pinstriping completely???

Yeah no offence but Zedar2 is right. A little of that goes a long way when gettin stuff off.
The heat for trim and decals that is. As long as it's held on by adhesive, that will work. Also you can buy a adhesive dissolver made by 3M if I remember right, at auto parts store, that will help and it won't mar your paint like goo gone can sometimes do.
