Wow screwed, that's got to suck. I'm the guy you see pasing you staring asking myself "why if he on the road?"

 

Saturday night I replaced the alternator on my Rainier and while I had the old one out, I replaced the thermostat (which is located under and slightly behind the alternator). Not all that bad of a job, but man are things tight in there. I really wished I had of thrown that spring clamp in the trash and installed a regular hose clamp though!! There's always next time I suppose.

And started smoothing the top. Going to paint it black.

Got my front receiver fabbed, painted, and installed. Not so great pic. Try to get a better one in the daylight.

Lately i've done a whole lot of nothing. Its been pouring on and off here for the last week so... i changed my oil and thats it so far

 

So uh... yet again, tomorrow he's supposed to go pick up the engine...

We'll see how this goes.

Oh and the hubby has to change his right side brake line... startin to lock up the caliper. And it needs to be done before we take it on a 5 hour road trip.

got the Blazerforum.com decals from unlimitedsp today. now I just have to wait till I get the truck back from the shop to apply them.
With a little luck I will be mobile again by the end of the week.
