what have you gotten done on your blazer today?
wellllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll lll its not exactly "today" but i did get new tires on the truck and also found a few things wrong with it....tires are Good Year Wrangler Radials, 235 75 15 and look nice, i wanted the black side out but the guy put the white side out, all in all new tires i didnt have to pay for =P and i didnt get charged for the tire disposal because the guy is taking his old worn out blazer (first gen) to the junk yard < made me kinda sad and hes selling his tires that are on the truck, and putting my old ones on his which were michelin xch4 i do believe
Hopefully getting these done today > the brake lines in the front are bad..........one of them broke completely and the rubber is holding the pressure, and the other one is frayed, and the idler arm is done for, and i need an alignment, got all the parts(idler arm, brake lines left and right, brake fluid) and im going to top off the rear diff

Thanks! I was surprised it turned out as well as it did considering it was only in the 40s outside. My dad told me it was never gonna work. I think its darn nice for being a $2 spray bomb job
came out of class to this today

body shop quoted me at $145 for part and installation. found the part online for $45 shipped, its not painted though. i'm tempted to buy it and leave it black
It looks like a trailer hitch got me

i'm going to cut out the license plate bracket area and just leave it until i get the new piece. i don't want a bunch of pieces just hanging at any time capable of falling off and hitting someone else's car
i'm most likely trading the blazer in at the end of summer/fall to get a car. i don't tow/haul anything and i commute a lot whether for work or school so i need to be saving money at the pump. i figured it out, i can get a new cruze with my truck turn in and spend less money driving the same distance and paying new car payment.
