Took out the stock muffler and put in a Cherry Bomb muffler. Still need to clamp it and adjust the hangers but definitely notice a difference in performance and it sounds pretty good, too.

 

Dropped the Sierra off at the tire shop last night... should be picking it up with my new 18x8.5 American Racing Mainline rims, black with machined face. I can't wait. Pics will be in my build thread later tonight hopefully.

I hit jackpot this weekend. Went to a 50% off pull it yourself yard memorial day sale saturday. Tagged me a new starter,new tailgate glass and did the digital to analog gauge cluster conversion. Im running out of things to fix! what do i do after its done.

Memorial day, swapped out the 3.42 rear axle for a 3.73 ratio, and it was only 92 degress out, the front is due for replacement this weekend..

I ordered a replacement passenger side mirror. The original was glued in to place upon purchase & lasted it awhile but I bumped it & it all came apart. They redesigned these things in '98 I believe, for I've seen some Blazers like mine with mirror issues, especially the passenger side, so it must've been somewhat common. $24.95 for the mirror (not bad at all) & of course another $11 something for shipping. Should be here in a few days.

 

Do a search for it in here. It's a way to have your high beams & low beams on at the same time.
