what have you gotten done on your blazer today?
i'm gettin ready to pull my cv shafts and put the outers back in the hub so i can drive it until i get new ones. my sister threw away the ones i had stored in her garage (they came with the truck when i bought it) FML
Well, not doing the AC for a few weeks now after all.
But today I finally got more progress on the debadging of my truck. A few weeks ago, I pulled the badges off but was too lazy to get all the goo from behind them off. So I purchased a rubber eraser wheel and quickly found out my roommate's drill was not up to the task.
So today I grabbed a drill from work and went to town. 20 minutes later the area behind the badges is goo free and I just need to go back and do the passenger side stripe and clean up any leftover residue before washing/waxing the truck.
I'll probably do the rest on my lunch break tomorrow. I love how quick this thing works!

Went to pick n pull today and picked up front differential skid plate and transfer plate skid plate along with brackets for front differential plate. They didn't have "skid plates" in their computer for pricing so the guy just said 10$ for everything. I'll say that's a really fricken good deal.
The transfer case skid plate is off a first gen so it doesn't fit perfect on my '97 but with a little modification it should fit just fine. If not oh well it was pretty much free.

Replaced Oxygen Sensors / Required help for instalation of my Rough Country leveling kit, due to the rust build-up on the rear shackles. They had to be torched, and the new bushings needed to be installed with a 20-ton press! Cost a pretty penny, but it looks mint!
Due to a problem of stalling. I cleaned the iac thursday morning (That think was gunked garbage up and down on it and friday I installed a new coil. I didn't see anything wrong with the old coil. But it was recommened when I posted in the tech area. Also I got all the parts I need to fix my driver side power window. The sweep and inner glass liner. Oh and also today I installed the all mightly cruise control cable. Seems to work fine. I call it all mighty since it is for a 93 s10 4 door 4.3 and nobody has the cable new. Thanks to the local junk yard. Cable and the diaphram that hooks up to it. $15.00 + Tax
Thanks and have a good day,
Josh

As soon as I decide to get off of my butt (after lunch) I'm removing the lower front fascia since I'm missing half the mounting clips for it anyways, and removing the tow ball from the rear bumper since I have no interest in towing anything.
