Wow, that's odd. On my phone I just look through the files, select the one (or two) I want to copy and drag them onto my computer desktop.

Ahhh yes. I have an Android powered phone. Much better than Windows, even though my phone is 2 years old and irritates me so much I want to throw it several times a week.
