Well I am now. It was just a thought but now I have found out that my heads are cracked (not uncommon) but a guy I know who has "vortec" tattooed on his back said that the truck had a very hard life from day one. He said it did alot of towing and maintenance was not of high priority. The dealership has an 06 chev 4 door, non Z71 but 4x4 and ITS BLACK. Looks good from what I could see. So hopefully all works out!

did a 2 inch body lift today

Just a tip for anyone soak the bolts in oil before hand, get a nice breaker bar, be prepared to cut and bend the bumpers, valance, and brackets in order to make them fit.

Good Luck

I converted my gauge cluster over from a tachless to one with a tach. It actually makes quite a difference in lighting. The led lighting is more even with the tach. I'll try to put up some photos tomorrow.

And I got a pretty good deal on a brush guard. I found one at the junkyard for about $25. I just need to sand it and paint it and good as new. I'll try to put pics up of what it looks like now tomorrow too.

It was a good day in the junkyard today. I'm happy lol. My blaze is starting to come around.
