Then i put the top back on (luckily i had help for that)...i will post a thread in the builds tab once i get pics of it

Well it was a heck of a learning experience when it came to the front end, one side was me teaching myself then the other side was taking what i learned and applying it...same thing with the rear end as well...except on that side i found that 2 of my ubolts were stretched so i had to cut them off :P other than that...i was and still am completely worn out and tired. Definitely was no easy walk in the park but im glad i learned how to do it by myself. Only broadend my skillset now ...i should have my pics tonight and a new thread started tomorrow morning.

I know right, it had me scratching my head for a few days lol.
It just died driving down the hwy, got it home and found the dizzy had imploded, replaced that and drove it 36 miles, broke down again, I'm like WTF!
Fuel PSI was a little low, install new pump, same thing but this time it threw a code for the MAF, replaced that, still the same, whipped out the grinder and cut out the cat to find it was clogged....
Oh well, at least I finally got my MagnaFlow installed.

i have my whole exhaust welded up. no more flanges. at least from the cat back. put a new cat and muffler on. sounds good with no leaks. i took it to a professional shop to have it done and the whole thing cost around 300 with me paying for the cat and the muffler. 200 for labor total. probably would have been cheaper if i did them at the same time but oh well.

i painted the new intake manifold last night. i have a couple pictures before but not after. the headers are supposed to be here today too so ill put everything on and see how she fires up. after that im going to ceramic coat the headers. i have some spray on **** where you need to run the car then let it cool down a bunch of times to cure the paint. so we will see how that turns out. hopefully good. ill post pics of the headers once i get them.
and the valve covers.
and the valve covers.

took the rear hatch apart on my 97 blazer ls because of the infamous blazer rear hatch actuator issue. ripped the plastic panel off from the inside and had to reach down in between the panel and the hatch to manually hit the latch that the actuator would unleash. man that thing was a B^&CH. and i also murdered my corner markers in the front and im gonna do my tail lights tomorrow. maybe if im lucky i can get to taking the front end off and making my grill look and nice and new, good luck with your truck blazer fanatics
