Didnt do much yesterday. Oil change and WD40 the driver door hinges as they started squeaking. Oil changed on the lady's car. Normal maintenance stuff.

Ordered my fuel pump and filter today.....paid the extra money for overnight shipping and they didn't even ship it today. I'm pissed.

Anyway i ordered the delphi replacement...figure the first one made it 150,000 miles so if the next one does i'll never be replacing it again.

I replaced my heatercore today.....Frustrating POS. I broke the cover for it. I guess i need to spend another hour pulling a replacement at the junk yard. At least it blows hot.

well me and the blazer just got home

My friend JIM asked me if i could tow his camper home with his dually pickup
He wasnt feeling well so he didnt wanna take a chance driving

It was 40 miles away so we drove there and i towed the camper home

any ways i went in his garage and I found these

I asked him where did you get them and he responded i bought them for the 88 gmc 2500 (he gave me with plow) . So i was like ok ill put them on there then since you got no use for them but they might not make it to the gmc grill but they will end up on my blazer

HE started giggling and said take them (WIN)

my dads 89 had them but these are apparently are made in a better quality

Get proof and they will(SHOULD) refund that extra money. If they don't take it up the management chain.

Unfortunately they covered their ***....by putting a disclaimer that orders made before 3:00PM (their time) will usually ship same day. The key word usually absconds them from HAVING to ship it the same day without reprocussion (sp?). I placed the order at 11am their time so they SHOULD have shipped it today....but alas should and did are two different things sometimes.

Edit: also i'm one of the 260,000 homes without power in the county right now. But because of the extreme nature of MY outage (3 poles down on the property) they're saying it could be a month before i get power restored. Since i have a well i also have no water. My generator will run most of the house but the well pump isn't included in that.... so now i get to drive 20 miles each way to my mom's to do laundry and shower.
