cap & rotor got mine back on the road yesterday. i did go cheap since my only option was to go with what store was open or take the next day off without pay to fix it. some off brand stuff from advance auto, still wasnt cheap-cheap. $ 50 for the mexican cap/rotor. just how much is the a/c-delco cap/rotor?

Today i went to an pick and pull that my friend found
It was an amazing experience
i got my rear defroster switch and a piece of interior for my driver side seat that broke

my friend got a motor for his toyota for 100 bucks and the yard man pulled it for 60 bucks
WE are going back tomorrow to pick up the engine and Im going to get a transmission for my 88 gmc 2500 and also going to find more goodies for the blazer
Im glad its 2 hours away or id be there every day

I had a code P0128. So I bought a code scanner (tired of going to Autozone to have it scanned) and hooked it up and found my max coolant temp after about 10 miles was 138 deg. So got a new thermostat and now the scanner says it's running about 190 to 195. Air is also much hotter coming out of the heater now. I figured the scanner was my Christmas present to myself :-) But now that I have it nothing will go wrong to use it. But I like having it, the code came up last night late and it just bugged the heck out of me not knowing what it was.
Hopefully my mileage will go up now that I'm at the proper operating temp.
I have 4 pick-n-pulls within 45 mins of me. I'm there a lot :-)

Replaced my wiper blades because I was driving on the main highway through the city, and it was actually raining in DECEMBER? And my drivers side wiper blade decided to snap clean off!
Wasn't a very visible drive home.
