no, red ones. came from autozone. forget the brand name. might have been monroe. i used anti-sieze on all the hardware, doubtfull they'll ever be changed again, but if they do have to come off it will be much easier the next time. on edit: gabriel guardian shocks. wife even thinks it rides better-she drives it daily so she would know. i thought it was better, but im not in it all that often.

My 2002 has the plastic bracket which also holds other fuel/evap lines above the filter. After disconnecting the filter, snap the other lines out of the bracket and remove the bolt holding it to the frame.

With the bracket off the vehicle, it's easy to push the filter out and back in. No cutting necessary.

Just replaced my alternator today...Truck runs 100 times better!!!

^^buy either ac delco or ngk v powers (get the v powers,awesome plugs and cheap)

Finally ready to put on the road, finished yesterday with the pitman arm. In the last month, spider, idler arm, 2 rear calipers, new pads, new parking brake pads, new brake lines, Ebrake cable, sway bar links and tune up

Today I nightshaded my tail lights, still pretty bright with the leds. and also i changed my sway bar bushings and sway bar links, and while the bar was off why not paint it

Back home from work. Now to bring my Blazer in the garage and change the spark plugs and wires.

Good luck, spark plug #3 is a pain.

Yes it is but its not that bad if you have the right tools & take your time.
