Made an attempt to upgrade the DIC today. Tried it in my 2002 and in a 1998. didn't work in either one.

Yesterday I tried to replace my remote filter housing but couldn't get the lines off of it. Plus it looks like my block to housing lines have begun peeing all over, so I will replace them along with the oil cooler lines soon.

Or, more likely I will have the mechanic do it.

Plasmaglow 10415 Night Raider White LED Scanner (Plasmaglow tries to imply it's somehow related to Knight Rider, but that's obviously crazy talk. I wouldn't have Knight Rider stuff on my vehicle. It's a new model of Cylon because that's not at all pathetic)

thats awsome id like to do somthing like that on the inside but it would be blue lol cuz i really dont care about vermont police

how did you do it?

The one on front I just hooked up the wires. Amazon has them, even a blue one

The brake light is based on a Cylon Jack-o-lantern design, the site sells kits too. This is Cylon/Knight Rider, you could use any color LED you want, but remember to put a voltage regulator on the 12V power input or you'll fry it (like I did my first attempt). The guy says 6V is maximum for these so a 5V 7805 IC should work.

Some here. I rambled on a bit about bumper mounting somewhere but I can't remember where (might have been earlier in this thread, but I can't find it if it was)
100 watt from Harbor Freight, mounted and grounded directly to the bumper.

Piaa 520i's are awsome! Not trying to take away from the wyzardd & the Piaa's are pricey ($200) but they kick ***... look up my garage I think or my bucket

I use them as driving lights because they project so far & light everything up in a narrow pattern. The 2nd house on the right is about 300' or so away & I can see the light on it.

Oh yeah, the ones I got are cheap as hell. But so am I. If I thought I'd ever actually need the things I'd get good ones.

Default new chunk of clay

last week I got an 02 blazer, black, 2 door, 4wd. Just brought it home from the mechanic, who fixed a transmission problem..no reverse. Today it looked like a chunk of clay waiting to be made into something...so the first thing.... We took the bowtie, and the chrome strip that it is mounted to off and sanded, and primed them to be painted black. Also the tow hooks were re-painted.
