Scored a refurbished starter from a GMC at the junkyard for $16. Installed and back on the road before lunch.

I drove mine today....Otherwise, it's been parked.

 

Cleaned the carpet and vacuum it out too. Wash the windows and dash tomorrow then it could be all clean up. Wish I could take it up camping in 3 weeks but don't want to take a chance then it will break down. It isn't running the greatest right now.

Mine too... unless I drive it I'm hoping it stays parked where I left it.

 

Guess I should have finished with "parked for the last month and a half."

 

Removed the amber headlight reflectors.

 

I'd be carefull doing that for the legallity of it. Call the local cops & ask them but I know most laws state that front signals have to be amber & rears are red.

 

I ordered a steering stabilizer and killed all wasps in my new garage today.

 

Im Planing on getting amber bulbs for the signals and saving the colored lenses just incase, it only takes like 30 mins if i had to put them back on.
