Remove water outlet / Tstat cover. Spare part not available in Chile, needs to be "hand done", mine is severly rusted. Also water pump
I get a clicking noise at front end. Ball joint had less than 2 months... seams to be tie rod end.
And I am alsmost 90% sure to get a vaccum leak at intake cover (inyector assembly o'ring....)
So, happy new year, happy new expenses...

Finished up putting the cooling system and the oil adapter/cooler lines back together last week. Today, I will actually put fluids in it and see if I am leaking still...moment of truth!
Cooling System:
I replaced the thermostat, radiator, radiator cap, lower/upper radiator hoses, recovery tank cap and cleaned out the recovery tank.
Oil Filter Adapter:
Replaced the oil filter adapter to engine block gaskets, lower oil cooler line to filter adapter (accidently bent the hard line when I used a swivel socket to remove the center bolt), cut and replaced the hose for the upper oil cooler line to radiator, and cleaned up a mess of oil from the underbody/engine compartment.

I tried to start the blazer today.. Fuel pump ran again but did not give me decent pressure. (only 25 psi) I still have the new delphi sitting next to me
Edit: Picture !!!! shes just sitting there =(

Been trying to tow it to my friends garage to do the pump but the bronco can not get thru his trails towing the blazer.
