Well the wife is still driving the blazer so no real work. Okiedoak (Robert) dropped off some wheel spacers yesterday after he installed his zr2 axle while doing his lift. My billet grills showed up in the mail today and my receiver shackle should be shipping back in a day or two. Since I can't post pics of actual things accomplished here's one of the things I have waiting to be installed when I get the truck back. This doesn't include all the trans goodies either.

Replaced my rear tailgate lock and the retaining clip fell off the drivers side door lock so I had to remove the door panel and re-install the retaining clip. The rear tailgate lock was real pain to get it to open. I ordered a new lock on ebay than I had a local locksmith re-key it to match my door lock keys. I did not want to have 3 different keys for the vehical.

I took out the old air intake because all it is now is tape wrapped around some rubber, I got a intake off a blazer at a scrap yard.

Got my side mirror in the mail. upon trying to install it i dropped it and broke off one of the threaded studs. thankfully there was enough meat left for it to work. I tell ya,i hate door panels. this truck is starting to get on my bad side

ya i just got done gluing the mirror studds back in their holes, looks like it will hold up unless somone tried to fold the mirror in or over tightens the nuts. bad design, must be this way to save the door in a hit.
