Picked up this light rack set up from a guy who had it on his UTV, it fits almost exactly on the roof rack. It has 4 6 inch KC lights, got it for 60 bucks

I set it up to get an idea of how it will look up there.

Washed the Blazer and the bike. Signals should be in soon and the bushguard back from powdercoating.

Replaced valve cover gaskets, what a pain. I did find out I can put them back on perfectly with 0 visibility though... (10pm at night) Got home from work today, just to see a small puddle form under my truck after sitting for 2 minutes. Oil all over, found out my oil pressure sending unit is bad and leaking. Replacing that tomorrow.

if you have tbi,Just remove the throttle bracket and you can fish it in and out without a issue. Did mine like that. Some people say you gotta pull the distributor. Pshh.

Haven't posted on here in a while. Budget has been pretty tight. Getting 31x10.5x15 BF Goodrich All-Terrains put on tonight on my 2005 Blazer (Black).

The new tires look awesome on my Blazer. But when they put her up to put them on they noticed that the leafspring on the driver's side was broken.

I've attached pictures of it. Not sure what to do or what kind of job this would be. Someone said it is probably around 700 in labor to do both sides and 300 for the parts.

Has anyone had to do this? What would I need in parts besides 2 sets of leafsprings (since the other side is rotted as well).

Will this be alright to drive for about 320 miles? Going up to our camp for Labor day. We know someone with a garage up there that we can use to work on it.I am just not sure if it would be safe to drive there. The guy at the tire shop didn't seem to think so but it was a tire shop and he didn't seem to know too much about the issue.
