u have 4wd,i cant remember how much pita it is to replace the stud. i think i remember it being easy. lol good luck

 

I might just take it to a shop for this, I dont feel like fugging with it.

side note, I am going to take some photos of the old fender tomorrow or monday, Good thing I got the new one and painted it. because there was not enough metal left to mount it again.
I am shocked that it did not just fall off when hitting a bump

 

its easy as poo if you have a decent drill. 1/2" drill bit,20 min its out. drill slow. make sure you take a punch and hammer the stud out till it falls. or else itll lodge down in the caliper

 

What about putting a new stud in, are they accessible from the back of the hub without having to remove anything?
This is literally my only option, I will never get a lug nut from napa again. This is the second time this has happened, I am about to get this one off and throw it through their window.
Got one that is just like the OEM one to the T from orielly.

 

See if you can split the nut first before ruining the stud with a drill. Can use a nut splitter ... or just dremel a couple cuts without hitting the stud, then hammer/chisel the nut in half.

 

Well,if i remember correctly you take the caliper off,rotate the hub until its in the caliper area,get you a hammer,or a punch,depending on how much meats left and hammer the mother out of it. then you take the new stud and shove it in,tighten the lugnut until it pulls it into the hub. use a lil wd 40 on the splines to help slide her in. (no puns LOL)

Took the brush guard off and sanded/painted it and wired some cheap lights up yesterday/today. Looks a lot better.

 

Today, ahh today. Spent the day cutting out bad metal on the floor, would have gone faster if I knew where the angle grinder was in the garage with the cut off wheels... someone came home and showed me where they put it.. so I spent the day cutting metal with a dremel and some of those cut off wheels..
I did not get going until about 1pm, did not get as much done today as I would have liked, but its not going to rain until late tomorrow, so I will just wake up early and bust ***

 

Today was new front pads and rotors. Yesterday was new headlight bulbs, headlight switch and LMC wiring kit to fix the common headlight switch overheating and wires melting.
