I hate not having more tools, and a better place to work on things, Replaced the cap and rotor today, still not starting, all fuses are good, coil is good (have a spare I swapped it out with) ugh.. still no spark

 

get your ICM tested

 

That is what I am thinking, going to pull it out and have it tested.

Truck is back up and running again, ICM was bad.

 

painted other 2 rims and did all 4 Tires white letters. Swept it all out ,wash time tomorrow after paint is good and dry....

icm's are expensive little things.

 

your talking to a person who has bad luck with them things.... It got to the point I got 2 spare delcos around.. Funny enough both my 4.3 and 350 take the same icm so Im good for a while

Need to get an IAC this week. Truck went crazy after I fixed it today. Took foot off the pedal and was slowing down, all the sudden the RMP's skyrocketed and the truck started to accelerate like crazy. was hard to stop.
Was able to some how make it home (were only a few blocks away)
Checked the throttle cable ect it was all good. Started the truck and it skyrocketed again, Shut the truck off, immediately thought IAC.. took it out, Cleaned it, and the truck is running fine now.
With it being that crazy today, I am just going to get a new one.. I cleaned it about a year ago also.
