On some roads, yes, especially on rural highways (interstates).

From Wikipedia:
While the basic speed rule, which requires drivers to drive a reasonable and proper speed at all times, is usually relied upon to regulate proper night speed reductions, numeric night speed limits (which generally begin 30 minutes after sunset and end 30 minutes before sunrise, though this may vary by local law) generally may be established on roads where safety problems require a speed lower than what is self-selected by drivers. Exceptionally, Texas is the only state with default arbitrary nighttime speed limits.[citation needed] Montana also uses night speed limits statewide on federal, state and secondary roads. They were once used on interstates but only until 1999. Night speed limits are indicated on some streets in Tucson, Arizona without street lights.

...Following too closely...Got a ticket...
It was POURING down rain...late for work

A normal 60something in a 55 coming home from work... had a Convoy of Humvees pass... ticket...paid

Also 65 in a 45... Asked me if I had been drinking, Nope just getting off work and told him I had just recently changed rearend and due to the upgraded gear size my Speedo must be off, started to tell him that I might be able to fix it by playing with the adapter... but he cut me off and told me to try and fix it and to have a nice night. Gotta love talking mechanical crap out of your ****, I have no idea if you can fix the speedo by playing with an adapter. No ticket...but had a cooler full of my boyfriend's beer in the back from last nights Mud Bog oops

Seatbelt... I waved at him as a force of habit so he had to pull me...for some reason my seatbelt had locked up on me...ticket... btw my engine blew on the way to the court date... that was continued...just to be dismissed...

And something else that I can't remember...

Nothing. Imma changed man. Got this Jimmy cuz I wrecked my Grand Am. Haven't got pulled over since. I got 3 speeding tickets in my Grand Am and a Careless Driving (thrown out in court) in the same amount of time I've been driving both full time.

Noise violation. It was just a verbal warning though and didnt do anything about it, until my dad got tired of me being loud and he bought me a muffler to put on, but sounds awesome. Flowmaster Super 44!

nothing in the blazer, but in my Lumina i got pulled over for "misuse of a license plate" it was on the back of my car, in the correct position, i fought it but lost because i didnt have a bill of sale for the car the plate came off of... long story short they said i could just swap the plate and drive either one.

ive also been pulled over for dumber stuff in older cars i had as a kid... widened exhaust outlet was the one that made me laugh the hardest, damn 4" pipe on a prelude! lol wider than the tires!

Nothing in this Blazer.
My last Blazer I got a ticket, but it was after I wrecked it.

Never.

Drove around a year with suspended license and I didn't even know it.

You don't attract attention going 1,500 rpm with a stock SUV
