I got stopped the day after I got my Blazer for no tag. The temp tag was in the back window, but he couldn't see it through the tint. I popped the glass open, he looked inside and saw it was legit, told me to move it to the outside (which I never did) and said "Have a nice day!" Driving away without a ticket made it a little nicer.

 

Unless the cop who pulls you over is a ***** or just having a bad day he'll usually be reasonable about it... especially since the tint in the rear is dark as night from factory

I was standing in the coffee shop parking lot with my friends and we were drinking coffee and checking out his new truck. Donut patrol stopped and gave me hell for having my windows so dark.

"Sorry officer, but that's factory tint." "Bull****" "Look, no tint film... factory equipped. can't take it off and Every Blazer is this dark"

Luckily I had my Driver and passenger side windows down because they were tinted just as dark as the rear windows with a film lol.

This was last spring, before I bought my Sierra. (Which is also tinted pretty dark)

 

Pulled over and ticketed after racing a k10 with a 350(and it was a fender to fender finish) the second was for offroading in a "illegal" spot and third was for spinin the tires alittle at a stop sign goin around the cornor... Got tickets all three times, when will I learn?

 

once for doing 98 in an 80km zone (was 2 blocks before zone was a 90), another was 70kmh in a 50kmh zone (thought it was a 60). Got tickets both times for about 200 ish and something each
Got pulled over in the summer at a speed trap because the officers couldnt decide if my front plate was to obscured by my bush gaurd, they couldnt decide so let me go and said it was really iffy.

Now in my s10 - got pulled over for having shades on my headlights and got hit with a 140 ticket. I fought it in court and charges were dismissed before even going through court (isnt actually illegal, closest thing they could charge me with was not having visible drl's but this wasnt law until 1989 and the s10 was an 88 :P)
Got pulled over when i had temp insurance on it, so have no plates just a paper on the dash. 700km trip and only got pulled over once, i was surprised.
Got pulled over on cruise night, cops followed me for 3 blocks as i turned, just drove up beside me and asked what stickers i had on, as i look at all the stickers on the back of the window i go which one? they go no your plate, i go ..umm..they should be fine....so they back up in the car, come back up and go , ok your good to go.........so then i followed them :P lmfao, they caught on after a few turns and signaled right but swung a quick u turn left and just stared me down..i laughed and drove away.

 

i got impresonating for blue led turn signals..... i almost got charged the day i got pulled over for to dark of talls for to dark of tint. he didnt beleive me it was legal till i showed him the receipt
