I'm glad I'm not the only one who buys the cheapest oil he can find. I usually buy it in the 1L/ 1qt jugs as it seems to be cheaper than the 4l/1G jugs when they come on sale.

Seriously? So glad to help you. Now, do your own research and see what you find.

I've haven't seen a vehicle that didn't have oil blow by ,gaps in the Rings allow oil to get past, very small amounts that is. I'm with rriddle on this one.
PVC system recirculates fumes to reburn that goes through the exhaust.

ive been putting the cheapest crap i can find in every vehicle ive ever owned for the past 16 years with no engine failures ever. even when i was in charge of a fleet of about 10 limousines, they all got sams club certified oil. never had one engine failure for the 9 years i was there and alot of them only got oil changes every 10k or so cause they were always on the road. two of the lincolns that we actually kept for a while hit 600,000 miles and still ran when we sold one the other hit a wall lol.

but i occasionally get into that argument with people who only put the expensive stuff in their old truck, from experience it really doesnt seem to matter. now if you have some kinda goofy $90,000 audi or benz then yeah i would put the high dollar stuff in too
