Yeah, but i just hate all the computer crap that seems to be in most trucks.

so look for a '86 & older truck.
but really, i'm the same as you, i hate the way these ECM's like to f**k with your head for the simplest things.
if that 1st 'Burb didn't have such a bad case of cancer, i probably would still be driving it. had 380-something on it, and ran like a champ! engine is still livng on in a friend's '79 SB.
