I have a 1998 blazer ZR2 and just discovered i have keyless entry (AU0 RPO Code) and was wonder if anybody knows the RPO code for The stock alarm system and the program procedure for the alarm. Or does the alarm become programed when the door locks are programed? Thanks.

 

Standard programming procedures for the remotes will cover the RKE. I believe that the content theft deterrent alarm system was standard on the 98+ trucks. It is a passive system and should require no additional programming.

 

ok on that I have a question.

I have a 2001 Blazer with an alarm, when i would lock it the headlights would blink.

Now they do not.

any ideas?

What did you do to make them not blink? This is a programmable option, but is not user programmable. It requires a Tech2 to program.
