You have 5% on your windshield? Did you just do that, according to you pics in your gallery it doesnt look 5%.
Yes, I have a 10" strip of 5% tint on my winshield...I had it done the same time I had the rest of the truck done over a year ago. At least one company makesa 17% tint, the shop who does all of my vehicles has it in stock.
I thought you ment the whole thing.

www.tintlaws.com. Excellent site that gives you the requirements and laws for all states. Cops seem to be a little more lenient in parts of the western US i've visited (not all areas, but some) when it comes to dark tint, illegal or not. I'll be tinting my fronts to match the back even though my tint would be illegal here in colorado. It just plain looks good and is worth it.

Hey, I saw that Dodge in a magazine! LMAO!

Anyway, I know even if it is legal in my state I would not put a very dark tint on my windows. The cops down here all have their little gauges and will pull you over just to mess with ya, doesn't seem worth the trouble to me anyway.

The most Id go is 35% on the front doors. I would chance 30% but it doesn't seem worth it. I would go with a 7 inch strip of 25% on the windsheild though..

Apparently, I can tint the top 6" of my windshield, and all my back windows as dark as I want... But I can't tint my front two windows at all, lol.

edit: even a total black out is legal on the back windows, as long as I have two mirrors...
