Default Winter is coming Maintenance time, Looking for suggestions.

I have a 1995 Blazer, has 88k miles.Trying to get her ready for another winter, doing a lot of maintenance trying to get the truck 100% here's what I have done so far and am about to do.

Done:
Tranny filter and replaced the 5 qts from the pan.
Seafoam, Just have to say WoW. Worked great truck is running like new.(Sprayed in throttle body as shown on their website)
AC Delco wires, cap, rotor Not new but in good shape.
Cleaned Inside and out. Waxing this weekend.

Planning:
Found some great deals on Front Pads (organic) , Front & Rear Shocks, Idler Arm (mine is toasted) each AC delco on ebay right now. Any issues with any of these Delco parts ?
Front , Rear and transfer case fluid
Fuel Filter
Thermostat 195
Oil remote lines are leaking read the write up on her about using Hydraulic line with proper clamping. Like the idea, where is the best place to purchase the Hose?
I also feel the truck is nose diving when breaking, I lifted the rear end and tested the rear brakes they seem to be working good. I adjusted them as well. Could this be from poor front shocks? The bad idler arm? Sagging T Bar ?

Already have:
Have the Spark Plugs Ac Delco.
Have the Coolant plan to flush and fill.

Any Suggestions or recommendations on parts or places to purchase them for the best price, I am on a budget. I like the truck to feel as Factory as possible. So I am trying to avoid cheap parts. Anything I am missing or should address that I am overlooking let me know. Thanks in advance for any input.

Looks like you got most of it covered.

I would add 4 more VERY important items to that list, especially for snow: TIRES.

Good tires mean the difference between stopping 5' from someones bumper .... or stopping 5" from their FRONT bumper ... if you know what I mean.

Tires I am planning on soon, Currently running the Lardeo Uniroyal which have been great tires. They have about 5/32nds left on them. They are from 2001 though and have a little dry rot.PLanning on replacing with the same tires they are priced well and this set has treated me so well figure no reason to change. Hoping they will hold out until Tax refund time.

Anyone have a thoughts for brake pads? Should I go Delco Organic? Any other recommendations?

I am thinking of checking the local tracker supply store for 1/2 hydraulic hose for the remote oil line repair. Found a few websites that have good prices about 1.40$ish /ft. But really not sure what I am looking for.

What are some recommended Stock shocks?

I have also been told to get the Moog idler arm that it is superior to the delco one. Heard the delco one is made by trw and doesnt hold up. Any input on this?

Also degreased and wiped down the engine bay somehwhat and sprayed some tracer around to see if anyother leeks show up.

Moog is as good as it gets for front end parts - you get what you pay for.

As for brake pads, over the years I really haven't noticed any difference between all the different types, except for sintered vs. non sintered or metallic vs. semi-metallic. Basically it comes down to pad wear vs. rotor wear with sintered or metallic (basically the same thing), and how quiet they are. But sintered pads stop you on a dime ... just that there's a trade off with rotor life.

Kevlar, ceramic ... just fancy names to boost sales. Go with a good brand and you'll be set.

I've been around cars quite a while ... still don't know what the hell "organic" pads are. The greenies have infiltrated brake parts too?
