Anyway, the engine spins over much better and when I got home today, I cycled everything and opened the hood. I waited 15 minutes and threw the Amp clamp over the negative battery cable. My readings were fluctuating between .04 and .07 . That's good isn't it? I actually suspected and was hoping that a new starter would correct the drain.
I still appreciate all your help!

sounds like you’re back in good shape. GM doesn’t even have an exact spec for parasitic draw. They talk about 1/4 of the reserve capacity of the battery which probably works out to be around 25 mA or 0.03. I’ve seen other comments as high as 85 mA which is 0.09. You are in that range and so now it just depends on how long you leave it unattended as to whether that drain will be a problem. If you drive it every day or every few days I’m sure you’ll be fine.

Morning,
Just a quick update. We've has severe cold the last few days including a mild ice storm. I went out yesterday morning and poured warm water over the door to thaw it out so I could open the door...lol. The little Blazer started right up. It was only 17 degrees though, I was hoping for under 10 just for a good test. No we're ready for 50 degree weather.
Thanks for all your help and have a nice Sunday!
