If you're not good at soldering, every GM dealer carries a replacement card that's easy to insert.

In the meantime, if you tie a stout cord around the wiring harness next to the notor connector and run it inside the car, when the wiper motor won't engage, just tug on the cord. It will probably move the wires and connections enough to engage. No kidding - this got me by for a month!
