Default 4WD don't work!!

Hey guys!

My front wheels don't spin when I turn on the 4hi or 4lo!!! I do know that my motor on the tcase works good, because the front drive shaft spins when in 4hi or 4lo. So the problem should be somewhere in the front axle/differensial. I did take out the passenger side axle yesterday to change the inner cv boot. I put everything back together and it drives fine but the front wheels don't spin from the drive shaft!

Anyone know why?
