I have a 97 Chevy Blazer LS. I just had new brakes put on but my ABS light in the dash won't turn off? Is this something I have to go to the dealer and have reset? Or does the sensor just need to be cleaned?

There is a current thread about this same problem. Check the forums for some good advice.

Check with the shop/people that did your brake work and see if they know what the problem might be. There may be something that happened during there work that may have caused this problem or they forgot to reinstall something causing the ABS light to go off ie: removed a sensor connection or accidentally knocked it off while bleeding the brake system and they just have to put the connector back on...
Could be a simple fix.
