Adjusting lower hood hinge brackets on 2001 Blazer
Okay, have any of you ever adjusted the lower hood hinge bracket? Mine are missing some bolts, and it appears that I have to loosen and reposition them to replace the missing bolts. Anyone done this?
Thanks!

Is this related to the other post you made about the missing bolt...
Anyway, I do not believe that there is an adjustment for the rear hood hinge bracket. I'd loosen the other bolts that hold this bracket on and see if you can get the bolt in. You may want to pull the hood off before doing this. To get the hood off, pop off the trim covers covering the rear hinge bolts and remove the rear hinge bolts. Lift the hood off and place off to the side somewhere safe (or on top of the truck). Do the work required to the hinge and put it back on.

Hi Kyle,
Yes - I found out it's the lower hood hinge assembly that's missing bolts. It looks like it's just three bolts to the body on each hinge, right?
Thanks again!
