Another Vibration Question

I will try to explain this as best I can. Sometime when I turn hard right I hear and feel a pop under my left foot on the drivers side. Also, there is a lot of vibration between 65 and 75 mph. I feel the vibration in both the seat and steering wheel. If I go over a rough road it feels as if the steering wheel is going to vibrate off and it makes a lot of noise (rattling). The ball joints appear to be ok and I have had the tires rotated and balanced recently. Anyone have any ideas for me?????

IT sounds like you have more then one issue.
