Welcome to the site. It sounds like your brake light switch is sticking. If the pedal is not returning all the way to shut off the switch and you have rear drum brakes, there's a possibility that your rear brakes are out of adjustment.
Is your brake pedal soft or spongy?
Remove the panel under the dash and have a look at the brake light switch and see if anything is interfering with it.
Reply with what you see, and we'll see if we need to look at anything else

i will reply with what I fond as soon as I can right now its gonna be kinda hard to get anything apart. With a sliced open finger. But the pedal is a little soft never thought of the brakes being out of adjustment. Maybe I can get a friend to look at it. I will let you know with all that I find.
