Default a/c works after about 10 minutes

My A/c takes about 10 minutes at the start of each day to come on. Once it comes on it works fine the rest of the day. I have jumped out the low pressure switch and it still does nothing. Then wait about 10mins and it comes on. Any ideas?? 97 blazer

Thanks

ok a/c is not my specialty considering mine hasnt worked in over a year, but it usually takes a little while for the a/c to really start working in any car but 10 minutes does seem a little longer than normal.....when it does start working how cool is the air?(does it work great or just blow out kinda cool air)

Check your cooling fan clutch sounds like you may have a HIGH pressure issue.
