Default clicking noise

I love my blazer BUT ive been sinking so much money into this thing the past 18 months. Heres another problem I cant figure out. Clicking noise in the dash for turn signals never goes away the turn signals are working still but the noise dosent stop and every once in a while it sounds like its shorting out. I stopped a neighbor the other day who had front lights but no back lights and im worried this noise is going to short out. I have a 98 2 door manual transmission does anyone have ideas for me? I would love any suggestions!!!

Default RE: clicking noise

Has the dash ever been taken apart? It sounds like there is a ground in the dash that is loosing connection causing a relay to break it's connection.

I had to fix the same thing in the back of my parents STS. The relay bank in the rear of the car was loosing it's main ground and you would hear a multitude of simultaneous clicks when the ground would make and break connection. I ended up tracing down all of the grounds in the rear of the car and cleaned them all up. I also had to remove the rear relay box and clean up the terminals inside it. It's all fixed now, but man was that a pain in the butt to clean all of those things!
