EGR VALVE

i have a 94 s-10 blazer with a 4.3L v-6...the original egr valve lasted almost 100,000 miles. in the past 7 months i have replaced it 3 times and now it is giving me trouble again...can anyone give me any help?? thanks

RE: EGR VALVE

Tomco makes a EGR clean screen gasket that has a mesh screen to keep carbon from building up and clogging the EGR valve. You can pick one up from Advance Auto for $12.
