ok i can tell this trucks gunna b trouble...just bought it and its today it started making a noice, like a ratttle and kinda like light grinding....my inside it seems to be coming from way up on the dash..like dear the defrost thing...it happened after i went up and over them curbs they have at walmart lol...ne 1 have ne ideas????? btw....these blazers rattle sooooooo much.....there is another noice commin from inside, in the back of the truck in the trunk

 

Maybe you shlouldn't have gone "up and over those curbs they have at walmart". Little Blazers arn't BIG trucks. Their minis. Not curb hoppers



Sorry I shouldn't have jumped the gun. What year is your truck, is it a full size or s10?

 

I assume it seems like its coming from in front of the dash outside the truck under the hood. Just open and open and look for anything thats loose. If you can get it to make the noise stading still by bouncing it up and down even easier. and if all else fails, turn up the stereo

 

its a 98, its the 2dr zr2 blazer suv..it sound like its comin from inside near the deproster but u can hear it from under the hood

 

Check the passenger side hood hinge... There is a technical service bulletin on worn washers at the hood hinge pins.
