Default Lights and speedometer help!

Hello Everybody,

I seem to have developed another problem with my Blazer. Whenever I have my headlights and dash lights on for more than 10 min, my spedometer starts to stick. It works fine with just the daytime running lights being on, and I think that this is because the dash lights are not on at this time, and the problem is somthing expanding with the heat of the lights??? So I'm wondering how to fix this and if this has ever been seen before. Hope you can help!
