Whats your opinion?
Ok so here goes: I have a little extra spending cash right now so I think its time for my motor swap. Heres the 2 options a 350 vortec and all that is needed or I just found a totaled Typhoon for sale with the 4.3 turbo. What all would be involved in puting the Typhoon 4.3 in my 97 blazer?

You may not need to swap out the entire engine at all. I'm not totally sure what the difference between the two is. I think that the Typhoon has a supercharger on it. If everything else is the same you could theoretically just put the supercharger on your ride. You may want to look into if you need to change out the computer, wiring, radiator, etc. But it would probably still be easier to go that route other than dropping in a 350.

lunatic_magnet The 350 vortec will drop straight in and all I have to do is add 2 pigtails for injectors and get my computer flashed.
Well found out today that its not a typhoon its just a 95-97 4 door blazer with a turbo on the stock 4.3 with 205k miles, and the 350 got sold outta under me so I guess I have to stick with my 4.3
