Default windshield wiper question

A while back there was a thread on here concerning the procedure on how to fix the windshield wipers on a blazer. There was a picture pointing out where to re-soder the two points on the board that typically go bad. Does anyone have a link to this tread and to the picture of the board? Thanks guys.
