Since nobody else answered, I'll give my .02. If you're going to do anything besides an intake, exhaust, and tune, just swap in a 350. It'll be cheaper. I just bought the dynomax exhaust from Summit, with the $75 rebate, makes it $62 shippped. Not too loud, but I def. noticed a lot more power. For the $$, I don't think you can get a better exhaust. Have to order it today to get the rebate though. As far as intake, the Spectre is def. the cheapest. I doubt that it REALLY makes that much difference which brand. Just get some cold air to the engine. Supercharger? No way. Too expensive. WAY too expensive. Haven't done anything with a tune yet, but I was thinking about getting a pcm4less tune. From what I've read, it really makes a difference, and is the best power/$ mod you can do. Good luck!

Exhaust, gears and tune. Beyond that everything is too expensive because the 4.3 isn't that popular to mod, everyone likes small blocks. For a tune, BlackBear Performance does awesome PCM tunes.

Stick with the basics ... kind of do it in stages so stage 1 for instance would be the obvious upgrades such as headers, intake and exhaust stage 2 would be cam, head work, etc etc that is how I would do it I prefer imo the N/A 4.3 they are just awesome motors I am not sure how many miles are on mine but I am sure 250k + and it is still running very strong odometer still reads 176,050 lol
