I was just wondering i installed a cold air intake with a heat sheild but never put on the other pieace that goes fromt he throttle body to the maf sensor am i losing power does it really do anything i want to eventually instal it i was just wondering if it really does anything ?

I want to get the Dynomax Super Turbo Exhaust Systems does anyone have this or kno if its good ?

 

Any recomendations on what exhaust to get for my truck would be awsome ?!
