Mine sounds a lot like 97cherryblazer's. Mine's either a 40 series or Super 40. I think its the Super 40 though. I don't really have a video camera though lol.

 

I need to take an exhaust clip soon. I have a single chamber muffler (think it is the flow 10).

 

i should be finishing up my exhaust tonight. been trying to correct a crappy exhaust shops slaughter of it since doing the motor swap. I was fighting myself on which muffler i wanted to run too. Finally decided on a borla pro xs muffler. sounds awesome just dumped out of it. getting 2.5" tailpipe done tonight. ill post it up tonight.

So my exhaust sound is just too awesome to capture....errr...or is it my camera just dont capture sound well...lol

 

So I was really looking forward to hearing this muffler from you since I found one brand new in the box on the local CL for $75 which is really cheap but then I realized it wouldn't even have the same sound since you have the 5.7. I thnk I may still buy it and if I don't like it I'm sure I can sell it and make a couple dollars on it anyway. I love your truck by the way I can't wait to do my SAS!!

 

I tried a couple more times, tonight...just sounds like ***...lol.

i like the borla, i payed extra for it compared to magnaflow which i was going to get. Its not as loud as the others, alot deeper, and no drone at all. can barely hear it inside the blazer, until u get on it. Almost a sleeper exhaust.

Thanks. shes been testing me latley since the v8. moved an inch and a half back, so had to redo driveshafts. then leafs wouldnt support the weight. did a bastard pack, now i have an additional 2in lift, so now i have to lift back up more and mess with my steering. shes winning...lol.

 

I just can't put my finger on why either!
