Default Muffler Question

The muffler that I have is about to fall off so my question is should I just buy a plain muffler or put on the glasspack that I already have. I want good sound without having to buy a real expensive setup. I'm going to use this as a daily driver and occasional offroad ride. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

I just went with the Dynamax Super Turbo cat-back from summit. 2.5 inch mandrel bent tubes, and can be welded, or clamped with the enclosed clamps. Sounds better then stock but not rowdy either!

Install was a breeze, well as easy as cuttin the #$%& out of the old exhaust bolts can be, to get that hunk of junk (OE muffler) out from under it!

If you've got a glasspack already, may as well try it. Just clamp it on and try it out and if you like it then weld it in, if not you can unbolt it and pop in something else, and a turbo muffler is a great choice because it flows better than stock but is just a little louder, not obnoxious. Personally a Flowmaster or glasspack would drive me nuts on a V6 but it's up to you.

Default Glasspack

I had to cut out the old muffler (must of been the original one) and put the glasspack on, started it up and the sound isn't bad. I might just keep it on since it took so long to do. I've got the tail pipe dumped off in front of the rear axle. I'll take some pictures and upload them later if interested.

I posted some pics of the "custom" exhaust work in my garage because I couldn't figure out how to put it here. Its about as redneck as I could make it but it doesn't leak so thats all I care about.
