Lenny all you would need to do is buy a tip (if you choose to do that), thenget an idea where you want it to come out the make a markwith asharpie. Now take a compass (I think thats what they call it youusedone in school to make circles probably). Nexttake a hole saw (fits on a drill, it has the drill bit in the center and a round outer part thats a saw), now saw the hole about a 1/16 th of an inch bigger than the tip or bigger depending on how much room you want there to be around the tip. I help a buddy of mine do this on his truck which is just likeyour truck. The only thing we did differentiswe had taken all the body trimoff already. In you caseif you wanted to leave the trim you could just make the outlet closer to the wheel opening (forward andlower slightly). The only thing is you might have touse a tip that issmaller just an idea. Oh, almost forgot I think now not 100% sure but I think we either moved or slightly modified the last hanger for the exhaust.

looks pretty awesome, nice idea! I wanna run a custom dual exhaust, straight pipes down the body, and put a nice x pipe where the spare tire was...I'm not entirely sure it would work, but I've got a ton of room where that tire was back there, I feel like I should use it!

Pretty sweet setup man! You have any problems with burning the plastic at all? What about the sound, how does it sound??? [sm=gears.gif]
