Default possible switch from carb to tpi

I found a guy that is willing to trade my intake and carb for his tpi setup for my 350. It comes with everything, computer, injectors, intake, etc.
I am stoked. This is going to be a great swap. I will powdercoat the entire thing before I put it on. I think it is going to be a good trade.
Should I see an increase in gas mileage? I know it will be an increase in performance.
It's gonna be fun.
