Sound, but also speed?

I've been scoping out some of the inexpensive cold air intakes on eBay, and have narrowed my search down to these:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...K%3AMEWAX%3AIT
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1997-...1%7C240%3A1318
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/CHEVY...1%7C240%3A1318
Given these choices, which would be the best? I know they aren't K&N, or anything close, but I'm sure its better then nothing. What exactly would I get out a cold air intake like these?
Thanks for the complements on the two tone body. I try my best to keep it nice looking.

i wouldnt even waste money on the 3rd one, but the other two intakes will work just fine as long as you build a heatshield and buy a quality filter.

x2 on staying away from #3
#1 & 2 will cost you more in S&h then the intake itself...
I went with This One It will cost you $13 more, you get a chrome elbow from the back side of your MAF to the part that caps onto the throttle body.
I built a shield for mine using This Link. Just use the template on the first page to build your own on some cardboard. Score it (cut 1/2 way through so it bends) or cut along the different sections and tape it together like the spine of a book.
Put it into the area forward of your MAF but behind the filter. Trim as needed. Transfer the trimmed template over to some metal of your choosing (sheet metal, heating duct, computer tower, tinfoil) and cut that out. Insulate it. Enjoy. Click my sig and go to heat shield album to see what I did. It sound mildly growly when I get on the gas. not like sweet Flowmasters or anything, more like a VW.... but still better than the nothing before just a CAI. *shrug* Heat shield cost me $12 for heat duct material, 2 Grilled Chicken burritos for the Firewall insulation, 2 5k tow straps for the Spray adhesive, $2 for the looming, and $7 for the undercoating.
