Stacks on Blazer... 2.0?

Unless you are a diesel pulling a load thats over 12,500 lbs stacks look stupid. As for "rolling coal" i pefer to use my fuel for making power not flooding the engine to make black smoke. The idiots doing that stuff is the reason why those of us that have to use diesels are having our ***** busted by the epa.

Theres a guy that has a f350 near me, total chop job. First thing he did was lowed it right off the ground, then spray painted it all flat black, and then cut a 16 inch diameter hole in the bed and went to home depot got some of the metal that you'd line a drainage ditch with and made his exhaust go through it. Hope he has fun in the nor'easters with it. Stacks for off-road or big trucks yeah I'll agree that's about where they belong. But I'm happy $45 bucks to go from 1/4 tank to full to go buy a new truck.

too hillbilly and useless. on a 4cy? the avalanche styles looks bad, but stacks are wrong. even the ppl who put them in pickups. if u want a semi, buy one, otherwise leave it under the rig. go big and loud, just under.

honestly it looks bad ***! as for the heat if you ran it correctly the heat would be NO problem. I used to do custom exhaust and alot of the customers that came in had diesels most were regular exhaust but my favorites were the stacks, the sound great and when you coat them with the heat shield paint.... sorry can't remember the name it dissipates the heat fast. but you would still need to fab either a solid wall between the "cab" and "bed" or just a removable canvas top but i think it would be much better with a cummins 4bt
