Anybody ever try em out?
Did you get a noticeable power gain or better mpgs?

im lookin at this 1 inch spacer

Yep, we've discussed them many times. On our engines, they are virtually useless.

Yeah they aren't useful as far as i've ever seen, not with our set ups.

On the tbi systems,they do make a difference. On the cpi,no not so much.

lol 53$ for that?! you could just use a high heat 4" to 4" adapter for like 15$ and get the same effect, which is nothing, but still.

Edit: wait i think im imagining this wrong.. does this go between the plastic boot and the TB? thats what i was getting at with the 4" to 4" spacer. i probably got that wrong, disregard that comment if i did lol.

They work on the Full-size 5.7 V8. I get better pedal response and more power at my tires

Some gains can be found on the older carb'd or throttle body injected engines where the fuel is introduced before the spacer and the intake volume isn't already huge. On the CPI & SCFI engines, you aren't going to see any appreciable gains aside from the placebo of "I spent money therefore it must be better/stronger/etc".
