hello, yes i know there a couple fourms out there about this, but it has known of my answers.
i believe that it is 9" Long and 7" Hole to Hole i Believe...
PLEASE HELP

Yes 7" will do it.

thanks man, do you no the inside width? i think it is 3" but im not sure

okay now what is the hole size? i read on blazin Jason it is 9/16 but there was another fourm sayin something else (btw its A 97 blazer)

We did our last set 9/16. So that should work as well

okay thanks guys, i no you can use the stock nut and bolts but im getting new ones, i talked to GM they say the bolt length is 4 1/8" .. now is that correct?

I'm not sure on the size. Inside shackle width will be 3" plus the thickness of your shackle material. Then allow enough extra thread for the nut to fully thread on.

Outside welds look OK but the inside ones look cold, some undercut & not welded at the right angle. I'll guess you welded the inside 1st?
Sorry but being a welder for 18 years, lead hand & always looking at QA (Quality Assurance) does this to me. lol
I'd think about trying to grind off some of that hump on the inner welds & rewelding them, for safety sake at least & then you can get rid of the spatter as well.
Looking good & should look great with a coat of paint or powder coating!
