Hi guys I’m new here and I just recently acquired a 89 2 door 4wd I love it already. But I’m curious about lifting it I’d love to get the most lift I can with out swapping to a front solid axle does anyone know where I can find some good lift kits prefer suspension lift I’d like to fit 33 inch tires if you guys could post some links or maybe some photos of what you have done with yours. Thank you
I know you don't want to hear it but, if you want to reliably run 33" tires, you'd be time and money ahead to swap to a solid front axle. You can buy a Dana 30 pretty cheap, and it's considerably stronger than the IFS front end.
I think you're going to find that there isn't much available for your Blazer as far as suspension lift kits go.
thank you for your honesty. i had a feeling 33s would be a bit too big what do you think i could do to fit perhaps a 31. ive found some lift kits on 4wheelparts but its unclear if they will fit my s10 blazer. alot of them say they are for blazer/jimmy/k15, this means that it is for the ful size blazer correct?
Yup, those are for the full-size Blazer. 31s can definitely be done on your Blazer, but I'll let the folks with actual personal experience tell you what exactly it'll take. I don't want to give you bad info.
